The Coach House

This was my second time staying at The Coach House, I visited while I attended the Salem So Sweet Festival and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. It feels luxurious to stay here, there is so much attention to detail, it is beautifully decorated and perfectly encapsulates the vibes of Salem. The rich history of the building is palpable. Everything is very clean (not just surface level but deep cleaned as well). The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are cozy, it is easy to adjust the temperature to your preferred settings. I love the addition of filtered water in the building to reduce the use of plastic bottles. The check-in/checkout process is seamless. For me the location is ideal, it is just far enough away from the downtown area to where it feels a bit more peaceful

We had a wonderful stay at The Coach House! Everything was thoughtfully prepared, comfortable, and welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful and charming, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly attentive and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The gorgeous décor, the witch-themed champagne, and the beautifully curated pastry charcuterie trays were such thoughtful and memorable touches. The team made sure our experience was seamless from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here, and it has officially become our new yearly tradition to visit. We would absolutely stay again, highly recommend!

The Coach House is quite possibly the most wonderful place to stay. We chose it for our honeymoon while visiting Salem, and it truly exceeded every expectation.||From the moment we booked, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful—quick to respond to messages and kind enough to let us leave our bags early on arrival. The building itself is beautiful—full of character, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully cozy. The Coach House was excellent. The accommodations were beautiful and extremely comfortable. My daughter got food poisoning from a local restaurant and the staff at The Coach House left stomach soothing drinks and crackers at our door. How thoughtful was that! We have already made another reservation to stay with them again

A charming and surprisingly high-tech stay just a short stroll away from the heart of Salem! Check-in was a breeze and our digital concierge was incredibly helpful with the whole process! I admit, I was a little skeptical of a stay with no front-desk staff, but the Coach House does it right! Tucked in a quiet residential area this is the best of both worlds. The rooms are luxurious, and I swear, they’ve thought of all the comforts of home! Wireless chargers on each night stand, fans (where are my fellow white noise people at?) and even a sound machine to help you drift off and get a good nights sleep between tours and exploring witch city! The water bottle refill station was also a phenomenal touch, and helped us stay hydrated while getting in our steps! We will definitely be back!
