The Cliffs Sedona

The rooms are beautifully renovated, modern, elegant, and so comfortable. Everywhere you look, the views are spectacular and truly capture Sedona’s magic. The service from the staff was exactly what you would expect from a luxury experience. The recently constructed pool is incredible, and is a serene, luxury retreat with gorgeous finishes. Pool bar and deck would be an incredible place for an event or wedding. This place is the perfect blend of relaxation and sophistication. Can’t wait to come back!

This hotel overcharged me on the receipt and I never got a reply when I asked for a response. I will not be going back next time because they are not sincere. The view from the hotel is amazing , But…The terrace in front of the room is a shared walkway and everyone can see in, so you have to keep the curtains closed.

The check in was kinda frustrating, I had to drive 3min to go down to the another building and parked at the narrow traffic circle where doesn’t have enough room, and waited until someone moved their car. Also we had to do valet parking and walked to the building and very unconvinced to walk back and forth. The room was amazing. Newly remodeled and nice big tv(remote doesn’t work well) and great snoopy rock view‼️ But hair dryer wasn’t in my room, it took them to bring 20+min so I had to call back and when I requested the water, also took another 30minutes. I enjoyed the hotel but there needs some room for improvement.

Please do not stay here (yet). The hotel was just renovated but is not fully functional. The room was fantastic and offered excellent views, but we were gone most days and staff never showed to clean. The lobby coffee bar machine was broken and crawling with ants. Check in was weird. Hotel has no signage. The one staff member we encountered was friendly though. All said not worth the price tag. Could be great but not yet.

All rooms have balconies facing the Red Rock canyons beautiful views. Currently being renovated and adding a pool deck bar area along with cabanas and a small rooftop viewpoint. Also adding a music speaker system to entire area deck with fire pit.
