The Chattanoogan Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

Pleasant stay overall! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Huge shoutout to James at the front desk — he is AWESOME. Super welcoming, friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of from the moment we arrived. Employees like him really make a difference. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Location and walkability. Loved sitting on the patio on the rooftop (even though it was closed while we were there). Fitness room was also nice. Negative: They have machines that spray perfume in the lobby and near the fitness room. It’s very strong. You are charged for everything. (Self parking, coffee, restaurants are expensive.)Bed was hard.

People say this is the place to stay, it is not. The rooms are dark and gloomy as is the rest of the hotel. Not the place to stay when Chattanooga is dark and gloomy. They dont know how to make a bed, I had to remake my bed every night. They give you a $15 food credit every day which takes their food prices from outrageous to just overpriced. To top it off, when I went to my room tonight, the door wouldn't open. Their "engineer's" solution was to kick in the door. Thanks Hilton. Stay at a Hampton... way better value and more comfortable

The hotel was great and the issues I had were with minor things in the room. Plug in the sink wouldn't release the water down in the sink. Found a stray hair here and there and no plastic bags in the trash cans. The bed was great. Generally really all was ok. The employees really drove it home. The gent at the valet was super nice and helpful. The receptionist was helpful. The bar lady was a super star and the two men jazz group was outstanding. The hotel was beautiful and nicely decorated. Was all great.

My husband and I enjoyed a quick weekend getaway. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and cheerful. Upon check in, we were greeted by Kevin. To say he is a joy is an understatement. He was very pleasant and helpful. He assisted in recommending restaurants and local things to do. We were fortunate enough to be able to get an appointment at the spa. Patrick is wonderful!!! He worked us in and we were able to have an absolutely fantastic couples massage. Our spa experience was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely return.
