The Chatt Inn

Chatt inn is a cool place to stay,especially when you need a Lil piece of mind or even just to stay for a temporary of time. The manager MS.Anita is very nice and sweet and makes sure she keeps everyone safe and comfortable and that your happy with your stay if your not she'll see what she can do to make you satisfied. The staff are very friendly as well Angel is very helpful and do what she can do to make sure the customer is satisfied with where they are staying for the day. It's not a bad hotel its more exciting to stay because they have a pizza place next door YUM with other restaurants and stores around ☺️ 5 stars in my book

In the past year they have provided practical accommodations with five star service thk you Anita, Keira , Josh , Joe and Red ....priced reasonable on extended stays accessible by car and 2 buslines a five star Restaurant Chattanooga Pizza and Restaurant next door, Family Dollar and Burger King nearby , Elementary School across the Street and recently more families and children have moved here , check it out if you looking for a great Extended Stay Hotel located at 2000 East 23rd Street

Great place if your only staying a night or so. They do have guards at the gate most nights, so they can check in and out whose coming through which is a plus. Always alot of people walking around the area so lock your cars and it's right beside the freeway on 4th Ave. besides that it's a hotel like any other place.

rooms stink roach bugs everywhere and just drug users and sellers and all around sketchy people outside,the room gave us a bed and hot shower but was not clean at all and i was constantly worried about something happening to our car outside its cheap so i guess you get what you pay for but really a shame to be considered a “motel” want stay here again

I have had no trouble here at the chatt inn. All of the residents that I have interacted with have been pleasant and respectful. The staff are okay. I especially like a member of management named Angel. If I need something fixed she gets right on it and always has a smile for me and we have had many conversations. I appreciate Angel's time and patience with me. Anita ,another member of management is also helpful and polite. The maintenance crew do their best to stay on top of things. My biggest complaint, what stops me from giving a 5 star review, is the roaches. I spray every day and they still seem to overrun the place. Other than that I don't mind living here. I have been here for a little over 2 years and plan on staying a lot longer.
