The Centennial Hotel

So we booked for a valentines date night. Called asked when we could check in was told 3am. A show we went to had us come in a little later at 345. The line to check in was almost 30 minutes. We get to front desk get told that a room isn't ready. We are told that won't be available until around 6. We have dinner at 5. I had to use lobby restroom to change for dinner. During dinner we get a text that our room is ready. We finished dinner came back. We are told the king sized room with balcony isn't available. We are given a 2 queen room with no balcony. I will grant the desk clerk gave us a 40$ food credit for the inconvenience. We go get settled. Room service was supposed to stop at 1030. We called at 930 and was told that they where no longer doing room service. We where able to use in th

Excellent pet friendly hotels. Our room had a walkout patio to the Riverwalk. Great for a quick jaunt with the dog. Perfect location with access to downtown, park and arenas. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. Housekeeping and wait staff were incredibly responsive.

The location was excellent for the occasion. Checking and parking was very easy. The room was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the restaurant/lounge and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our first time staying here and it was really nice, the view from our room and along with the food. The food is on the pricier side but of course given what you’re paying for it’s absolutely worth it. The only problem we ran into was their chill experience package for the heated pool this time of year, it’s $50 and you get two robes, a penguin key chain, and two free drink tokens, and it was only from 5pm to 10pm access. Which in my opinion seems like highway robbery. We had paid for this package the day after Valentine’s Day at around 2pm, well by 5:45-6:00pm we went down to go swim but swing by and get our robes before we go in because we hadn’t gotten them yet…at this rate there were 8 schools that had came in from different states and there was one person only at the front des

What a disappointing day. 1st valentine's with my new boyfriend. Checking in. Supposed to be at 4. Show up at 5. Room not ready. Finally ready at 730! Chill pool experience? Well. Out of robes because we " overbooked" per housekeeping .. order a meal to room.. 1 hr. So got to spend 9 to 10 in pool. Awesome. Asked for discount.. 45$ meal voucher. Cool. 2 chicken strips n fries and a salad. 65!$ . Oh. And toilet has piss n 💩 on it! Wow.. surprisingly. I checked. Thank God no bed bugs.
