Lilac City Lofts

From the outside it was scary. Graffiti and homeless people around building. But the loft apartments are gorgeous and safe. Exposed brick and beams. Granite counters and SS appliances. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I was told to use the paid parking lot but park away from dumpster and out exposed as homeless or drug addicts hang out by dumpster. But I’d stay here again and again.

This place is beautiful and spacious! I would recommend planning which parking lot you will use if you’re driving. It’s pricey for overnight parking in some of the lots and u will for sure want a covered garage. This lovely spot is close to the mall downtown which is amazing but walking around at night downtown can be a tad sketchy now days so don’t go out by yourself. We were in a group so that wasn’t an issue. Inside the loft is super cozy, quiet and upscale. The price was right and definitely worth it considering it’s walking distance to all of the department stores and restaurants.

Im not fancy enough for this. But many people out there that think they are, so ....
