I booked a stay at Turning Leaf last minute, to come in for a concert. I chose it because it was definitely cheaper than decent hotels in the city, looked well equipped, and had very positive reviews. ||We were happy with our stay. Though not downtown, it was an easy drive down - and was close to area supermarkets, retail, etc. Parking was a cinch, and the unit was spacious and clean. There is a nice bed upstairs, and a futon downstairs. Everything was clean and functional. The good sized fridge was very useful. It was actually quieter than expected, being on North Division - however our windows didn't face the street.||Communication with the hosts was clear, timely and friendly.||I would definitely recommend Turning Leaf, and would stay here again.

We are a military family on a move with the base accommodations full. So we turned to Turning Leaf for a week while the movers packed up our home. What a simple gem, and so much better than a hotel. It's wonderful having some space for a small family with a dog, a functional kitchenette with an almost full sized fridge, free laundry, and access to the gym. Turning Leaf is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly. I can not recommend it enough if you need longer stay accommodations and are tired of hotel rooms. Thank you for making our moving experience much more pleasant. The grounds are also cute and have security cameras.

First, our stay covered 7 months...longer than we originally anticipated. The rooms were very clean and surprisingly functional. The staff, from Jerry on down were great...very friendly and efficient. The grounds were pretty and very clean and well tended whether it was mowing grass, raking leaves, or moving snow. Security was excellent. Shopping, bus line, restaurants...all close at hand. There was great dog walking spots on the grounds for our big dog. And there was a sense of community among the residents that made our stay more pleasant too. As we left money due us was promptly refunded. If you need temporary corporate type housing, you can't beat Turning Leaf at Pine Court.

When we walked in the townhouse the smell of stale cigarettes hits you. The screen in the window, in the upstairs bedroom smelled of cigarettes really strong also. The online pic of the pool was deceiving. The pool is a block away not on site. The noise from the street was loud. In the contract we signed it never said we would have to do wash our own sheets and strip the bed. We were there for 3 nights. We also were asking to empty the garbage cans. For the price we could have stayed in a nicer place and not had to do all the extra work and not had a smelly room. There was not a manager on site you could reach them by phone. There was a note in the kitchen that said that if you are a good guest, you will write a good review. Very arrogant statement. I am a good guest it seemed very demand

Our stay at Turning Leaf Townhomes has been great so far. The townhomes with clean, manicured grounds and grassy areas have been more comfortable than a conventional hotel stay. The management here truly cares about providing their guests with a good experience. Any maintenance issues have been quickly resolved by John. I would highly recommend Turning Leaf for extended-stay and families with pets.
