The facilities are wonderful, but the staff make it a treasure. We interacted with Johnathon at the front desk--what a delightful person to welcome us to our stay! The housekeepers did a wonderful job keeping every inch of the hotel spotlessly clean. I had a lovely interaction with an older woman who was cleaning the lobby, who was so charming and welcoming. Please forgive me not remembering her name! Also our waitress and the restaurant host Sunday morning were so nice and gave such good service. I never ran low on coffee or water and the food was very good and reasonably priced. And the live music was a treat! The singer was very good and it was at just the right volume to augment our breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again as often as I am in Raleigh.

This is a true gem in Raleigh. So very conveniently located, the property is new and the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for a restful night's stay. Walking distance to great restaurants and breweries. A yoga studio across the street, as well as coffee shops. We will be back!

It was just ok. For the price I expected better. I think the website gives you the idea it’s more boutique than it actually is. The rooms were clean but it’s very noisy. The morning bartenders, Jackie and Chris, were the best part of the hotel. Service with personality and very very kind people. The music during brunch was also a nice touch.

We stayed here for a few nights over the holidays. The hotel is built over a convenient parking structure with several spots dedicated to Casso guests in the lowest level. The hotel itself was recently remodeled (or built?) so it has a very modern-looking aesthetic that is clean and fresh. The staff at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The bar/restaurant on the main floor looked inviting but we didn't get a chance to check it out. Our hotel room (double queen) was modern-looking as well. The floors are laminate but there are plenty of cozy rugs to keep your feet warm. Our room had a HUGE window with a nice view of the city. The mattresses were a high-quality memory foam. I'm sure lots of people like this type of mattress but I prefer a firm mattress and thought it was a tad soft
