We travel frequently and always use VRBO Airbnb type rentals in different areas since we like to have washer and dryer in unit. This is by far one of the best companies to rent from since they are in constant communication throughout . Additionally, check out is 11 if needed without an extra charge and the to-do list is minor compared to most companies when leaving. We will always try to rent from Avant Stay.

Maintenance was not quite up to snuff. No lamp on one side of the bed. Hallway was icy cold. Sliding doors have huge gaps which prevent privacy. No soap for the shower. Toilet lid has no cover. Free parking is a plus. Location is very nice.

One of the absolute worst check in experiences I could imagine. Do not book them through bookings.com. AvantStay use the service but clearly have zero integration into their own systems. Completely unacceptable, left unable to access the building at 9pm with no response to emails or phone calls in the days leading up to the reservation.

I would buy a unit in the building....very LIT experience. Only a 5 dollar Uber /Lyft ride to Broadway! Good pizza across the street also for all the P lovers lol
