My recent trip to The Cape was truly wonderful! 🤩 The rooms were absolutely spotless and comfortable, making for a perfect stay. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond. 💯 Plus, the location was incredibly convenient. I can't wait to visit again! ✨
Charming motel offering clean updated rooms as well as cute cabins located in the back of the motel. The grounds are lovely with brick walkways and swimming pool. Since we were there off-season, so we didn't use the pool. We enjoyed our one-night stay and the location is very convenient to the ferry. |Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Dawn and Tony who gave us wonderful recommendations to local restaurants. Thank you! ||The room is modern and clean. Nice size TV, Coffee maker, AC, privacy curtains, and gray wood-type flooring. The bathroom was clean but tub needed a bit of caulking in one spot. Not really an issue. The room overall was comfortable and adequate for our needs.||We would definitely stay there again.
Hello, Went by the office for check out and office is closed. This is notifying you guys we have checked out prior to 11am. There is feedback that I believe you guys should be made aware of as it impacted our stay with your motel. I’m not too sure what your cleaners cleaned as the bathroom was disgusting and had dirt and dust everywhere. There was enough dust in the vent to make a dust bunny. The sinks faucet was not even cleaned and the shower had to be cleaned by self because it was gross. I have taken pictures of these claims. Moving onto the bedroom, the bedding had a foul musty smell and was either not changed or it was left in the washer to long. The blanket was definitely dirty and had stuff on it. The floors were not properly cleaned (if they were) as they turned my feet black
My wife and i stayed at The Cape for 3 nights to visit family for Christmas. The Cape is very welcoming, warm and homie, and in just the right location. The bed was amazing, Dawn the GM welcomed us, was very helpful, it felt like she really cared about us and wanted us to have a good time and not worry about anything. We highly recommend you visit The Cape if you are vacationing or spending a night or 2 in Cape May!
We stayed in room 102 in the motel part of the resort for one night. We did not visit the pool.|I will start with the pros. The room was very clean and the decor was nice. The floor was some sort of laminate so it was nice not having carpet in a room where the door opens straight to outside. |Now to the cons. |1. When we received our confirmation after booking, we were told that the room would be ready by 4:00. Although this seemed a bit later than most other properties we have stayed at over the years, it was fine because we knew our ferry would not arrive in Cape May until a bit after 4:00. When our ferry was docking, I sent a text asking about our room since we still had not heard anything and it was just after 4:00. We were told that it would be ready shortly. We were offered
