Stayed for a week. Nice size apartment with washer & dryer in the room. Kitchen was outfitted with everything you need. Staff was great! Especially Jonathan, best night staff ever, truly the goat. Bring him a sugar free monster while you’re there! 10/10 would stay again.

Most of the units are individually owned, which means not everything will be the same. Ours was dirty, smelt damp, and sour and furniture was either about to fall apart or not cleaned. Also, because of our unit we did not have accessible parking in the unit and had to use valet, which was $180 for four nights plus the company‘s tax which made it 203. Some of the employees were no help at all and lied about there not being any sheets or comforters for the pullout bed. Luckily, the one worker that did help was able to give me the same comforters and sheets that I was told was available the same night. Amongst other inconveniences on the day of checking out, we were leaving at 6 AM instead of 10. They tried to insist that we owed more money. We paid 730 for four nights, plus the 300 deposit f

My room was so hot and no front desk clerk could give us a clear explanation as to why this was happening. Our main concern was the temperature in our room and we left our stay without an explanation. Good luck to whoever stays in this building next, would definitely help to be persistent and clear with those who work at the front desk!

The air conditioning did not work during our stay and the apartment was 78-80 degrees the entire time. We called maintenance or the front desk at least 2 a day but no one offered any solutions or extra fans. When I asked for updates, the staff was nice but clueless. Air conditioning was listed as one of the amenities when we booked, so this was extremely disappointing. We hope management will address these problems and provide some form of compensation, as this experience did not reflect what was advertised when we booked.

I do not recommend staying here if you have asthma or breathing issues. Our room was extremely hot and the AC didn't work for 4 days. We talked to management and maintenance several times but apparently there was nothing they could do. Several of the electrical outlets in the apartment stopped working during our stay. Basic amenities like air conditioning and functioning electricity should not be an ongoing issue for multiple days. We were hoping for a comfortable stay, but the lack of support and communication from staff made the situation even more frustrating.
