The Boat House Motel on Marco Island

A wonderful surprise. My hubby and I took a last minute day trip and decided to stay overnight. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Melanie was an absolute delight! She gave us information about the island as well as referred us to The Boardroom that was walking distance for food and music. After dinner we fished off the docks. Our room was very comfortable and cool. Would definitely come back and stay here.

We had an awesome one night stay on our road trip thru Marco Island at the Boathouse Motel! The property was impeccable and the staff was truly a breath of fresh air. Our room (18) was amazing!Beyond our expectations. If you’re looking for a true Florida hacienda, this is the place we would highly recommend and definitely come back to. Close to everything, but sweetly secluded for the island vibe. Thanks to Desiree and the staff for an amazing quick stay!!

We had a wonderful stay over New Years at the Gazebo waterfront house and it exceeded our expectations. Being right on the water with our own private dock and deck made the experience feel peaceful and special from the moment we arrived. One of the standout features was the living/dining room, which was surrounded by glass patio doors, offering incredible panoramic water views and filling the space with natural light. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well laid out. It felt private and quiet, which made it easy to fully unwind. Bringing our dogs along was a huge plus—they loved the outdoor space, and it was great to stay somewhere that was truly dog-friendly. The private dock was a highlight, perfect for morning coffee, every day we saw dolphins, pelicans, cranes & even a mama

Such a great stay. This historic hotel is so nicely appointed and they have worked hard on the up keep. It still has historic charm, but modern comforts. Love hanging at the pool and deck watching the boats go by. The staff and owners are so nice. We loved it and will stay here again.
