Sunrise Bay Resort Club

The resort was very quiet the week I was there in August. The location is nice even though you have to drive to the beach. It has a nice view of the water and the sunrise and is walkable to several restaurants. I had the pool to myself a few days, it was overall clean and quiet. I did have ghost ants in my kitchen and I asked for spray so I could deal with them but noone ever brought any. I would definitely stay here again, it's good for a solo or couples trip.

Can't beat the view and quiet setting on the Marco River. Music from the Snook travels through the air. Love having full size kitchen appliances, but also great food to dine out just up the road.

Absolutely love this hidden gem off the beaten path in Marco Island but only minutes away from anything you need. The unit was really nicely appointed with beautiful stainless steel appliances with French Door Refrigerator, upgrraded stove top, microwave and dishwaher. It was very tastefully decorated and the furniture was very high quality and comfortble. It was so quiet it felt like you were the only one there but the parking lot was almost full so you knew that was not the case. The staff was amazing too. The Manager Paul was so incredible and accommodating. I had an out of state family issue while I was there and he was so accomodating to my needs. He was wonderful and a real asset to the resort. I love this place and can't wait to go back. Just so unexpected and amazed.

June is off-season, so there were little crowds. The manager is fantastic. She was totally helpful when asked. ||The facility was very calm and refreshing. There is a nice pool 3' to 6' deep and a hot tub. The dock has seating so one could just sit and watch the boats go by.||There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance.

The unit I stayed in was renovated but only one of the two showers were working but the lady at the front desk advised many of the units are still un renovated. This is really a bare bones timeshare resort with on the bay side and a drive to the beach. For some bizarre reason they call the place a resort and charge a $45 resort fee. The front desk was not open during scheduled open hours. So long as you’re ok with average and getting forced to pay the resort fee you should be ok.
