Holiday Inn Club Vacations Sunset Cove Resort

I had the pleasure of interacting with Brooke Daniels at the Holiday Inn Club, and she was absolutely wonderful. You can immediately tell she genuinely cares about both the resort and the guests. Her customer service is truly exceptional. I was on-site as a mobile notary assisting with a signing appointment for a couple vacationing at the resort, and Brooke went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free for the guests and for me as well. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and was incredibly helpful throughout my time there. Brooke is a true asset to the resort—professional, kind, attentive, and dedicated. Experiences like this are what set a property apart. She deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service.

We had our sister's weekend at this hotel. The 3-bedroom suite was spacious, well-appointed and very clean. The staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly, and the location was great. One elevator was broken, but since it wasn't peak season, it wasn't really a problem. It's not on the beach, but the pool area was spacious and clean. Highly recommend this place for families.

This was my families first trip to Marco Island and we were extremely happy with this hotel and the location. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Although the hotel is not located directly on the ocean, the shuttle with complementary beach chairs and towels made up for this. Parking was seamless, and the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit we stayed in accommodated a large group of five adults well. In addition to being spacious, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything for us to cook our own meals. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance which was a huge bonus. One thing that I noticed our first night was how quiet the area was. Pros: Rooms are generously sized and well equipped. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The staff were warm and welcoming. Brooke at the front desk was especially helpful with many great recommendations. The hotel is conveniently located close to several good dining locations and shopping options, yet the area still seems quiet. Cons: Beds are very firm/hard as are the pillows. We found the bed linens extremely course as well. The bar has been converted to an ice and vending location, which was disappointing as it takes away from the resort vibe. The outside pool sprayer was dislodged from its anchoring and leaning extremely haphazardly at about a 45 degree angle, was not blocked off, and was still in use despite being a serious hazard.

Very first time on Marco Island. The drive was easy and the property was very well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. The newly renovated looked modern and everything was in working order. It was a quick trip. Only stayed two nights. We were comfortable and felt very safe.
