The Biltmore Hotel Oklahoma

This place is working on improvements and renovations including the rooms. My bed was very comfortable and they even provided a small fridge so I could store my groceries that I picked up. My only real concern was that while there was a security presence, there were some of the locals that were wandering the grounds, too. Hopefully, the location will continue to improve. All the staff members were great! Thanks for making the stay a great experience.

By far the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. Claims to be entirely smoke free. The room even said it was a “nonsmoking room.” The entire place smelled like smoke and urine. TVs are old. Couch and carpet is ripped and stained. I don’t know how this place is even still in business.

I stayed at this place for a week. I'll share the pros and cons. First time I inquired about the room, there was a nice young lady at the front desk. When I checked in the next day, there was a very rude young man at the desk. I was asleep on the day the maid tried to come in so I never had maid service... which was fine by me. But when I went to the front desk on my 6th day and asked for a roll of toilet paper, I was told it would be $1. There were bed bugs so I had to buy spray to get rid of them. Nothing was as advertised. No pool. No microwave (but they brought one same day when I told them). My tv went out but they brought me another one same day. (Old style heavy tvs) at least the remote worked with the second tv (first one didn't). Lots of homeless people wandering aro

Really sketchy place. I remember it was raining and they had water just pouring into the inside of the hotel no one was even tending to it. The only staff that was around was taking a nap at the front desk. He just srt a bucket underneath the leak which was overflowing onto the floor where the water was coming in from the roof, so I imagine it for sure has mold in it, currently. Crap quality, in a crap part of town. Don't stay here. The hotel is huge and they definitely don't take care of it or care about it's tenants or who stays there.

Event space was excellent and staff was friendly. Didn't stay at hotel, but I will next time.
