The Beach House

Beautiful! Very clean and upkeep. Excellent beds, bedding and facilities. I will be returning. The beach erosion was a surprise, but that is the entire beach there.

Love staying here! We come and stay here 3-4x each year. The staff is always so friendly and so accommodating. The rooms are always clean and if you need anything they are happy to help. Perfect location. We can’t wait to come back each time! 10/10 recommend!!

This place is terrible. We arrived to find out they had not honored our reservation for a suite with a separate bedroom and full kitchen. Instead, they gave us a small single room with a mini fridge and microwave. They told us Expedia had overbooked the room. We checked in on Saturday. On Sunday they moved us to a larger room but told us they had to move us to the smaller room again on Thursday because it was reserved for another family. So, we moved all our things because we needed a kitchen and a separate bedroom so our child could sleep at night. On Thursday we got ready to move back to the smaller room but there was another mix-up and they wouldn't give us the code to move into the smaller room even though we had to move out of the larger room by 11am. Due to over paying 400.00 a nite we were disappointed due to that. This place yes is in a nice location right by the beach with access. But to me that was about it. We could of stayed in a 5 star hotel for this Price with all the amenities. And that's what we would do next time. As far as amenities here a pool in the front is about it. The rooms were sub to below average even if we were only paying $150-200 max a night, which I felt that was about all it was worth. The refrigerator barely worked and the only way it would work, we had to keep it on medium. The air conditioner is a year 2000. The sliding door going to the balcony jamming up on us when we tried to open. The floor was so dirty we had to clean our feet before going in bed. The bed was average, equivalent to a motel 6. Loved our stay here even in the off season! Beautiful views, a 30 second walk to the beach, and walking distance to all of downtown Carolina Beach. Rooms are nicely cleaned and spacious! The Beach House team is also extremely friendly and always happy to help or give suggestions to local attractions! Can’t wait to come back soon!
