Positive: Location Negative: Wasn't the cleanest, needs updates. The room set up is backwards. Why bed isn't y water view.??

Beyond disappointed with the owner of this establishment. I stayed here for an entire week. On the last day of my visit, check out was at 11AM. Several staff members angrily banged on my door the moment 11 AM struck. When I asked for a delayed check out they began threatening to call the police on me/ have me kicked out if I didn't leave at the "noted check out time" and was cussed out by the man at the front desk... when I later called back I was informed this man was the OWNER! Clearly he knows nothing about hospitality. Please avoid this establishment at all costs. It is a joke and they should be ashamed to not be a motel 6... On the flip side Debbie provided EXCELLENT service at the front desk before this all happened. I truly hope she’s able to get another job as the owner here being

We got the standard room. Admittedly, it's not the most appointed room we ever had, but it was one of the best stays! The little things meant so much here. The bed was firm and pillows medium. Who knew that would be the perfect combination for me? Haven't slept that solid for a long time. Hot water in sink and shower almost immediately! I still have no idea how they do that. The only issue was the heating element in the hair dryer was broken. They replaced the unit quickly. The staff was so friendly from check in to check out. It was a crazy weather weekend and the AC/heater unit made it comfortable quickly. Brought breakfast back with a very nice morning view. We would definitely come back and probably stay here if we actually want to visit Newport more.

We had stayed at this property before, so we knew what we were getting. Narragansett is a great town and this property is in a fantastic location. It is true that the rooms and common areas could use some updating, the property itself is impressive. It has a large beautiful lawn, big parking area and a large deck looking across the street at the ocean. The guy at the front desk, was really nice and very helpful, even offered to help with our luggage. The only issue that I had, was that some of the rooms have a mold problem and unfortunately I am allergic. I think the air conditioning filters need to be changed. I needed to switch rooms because of this and the staff were extremely accommodating. Unfortunately there are not a lot of hotel options in Narragansett and with a little work this p

For 239 for the night this room was nothing special. As soon as u walk in big dip in floor almost killed us both. Sheets and bed are substandard at best. Little noisy with people in other rooms. Great location tho. Breakfast thay give is nothing but a bagle and cereal. Guess around here u have to pay big money to get the nicer rooms. But its totally doable. Let us in an hour early but charged me 85 bucks to clean room as we had a service dog. Not happy about that. Live and learn as we go.
