Swissotel Chicago

Thanks to Melissa Marion and whole the team for another absolutely brilliant stay. Your hospitality and warmness could not be overpowered! from every single detail, like mini chocolates near the bed to late check out based on my night flight departure, you dont have to worry about anything, Swiss team would propose you all proactively. The Palm restaurant has the stable perfect quality breakfast, Views from the top floors are still stunning. Of course , it is quite hard to visit you often from Ukraine, but I would definitely try and do my best once again, maybe the best USA solution for the Accor status members.

Plenty to do nearby, the staff are amazing. Always with a smile and super helpful. The amuse bar has excellent drinks and service. I’ve stayed at this hotel three times and seen a lot of the same people so they probably treat their staff well.

Everyone from check-out to room service to the waitstaff was extremely welcoming, personable and friendly. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our rooms were comfortable and the view of the city (east/north/west) were fantastic. The gym was state of the art. The food at the restaurant was the best we ever had. Completely worth it and would definitely return. And so close to everything too (Millenium Park, restaurants, breakfast places, coffee houses, etc.) OUTSTANDING.

I was in town for Cubs Con 2026. My Chicago family joined me and stayed the weekend in the hotel room. We had a wonderful view of the Chicago River and kept our shades opened all night. Because I selected a high floor (25), the elevators, which were technologically advanced, were in the direction of Navy Pier and Lake Michigan. That, too, was a wonderful sight & site to see. The beds slept very comfortably and the room was spacious. It was rather quiet, too. The hotel was only minutes in walking distance from the convention and from another event I attended at a different hotel. The staff were really nice and professional. One staff member who stood out in particular was Komivi (sp). He was extremely attentive and helpful my stay. He made it his duty to check on me, evening during my check

Great location, great price! Could not be happier with our stay. We had a beautiful view of the Chicago River, Navy Pier, and Lake Michigan out of our NE-facing window. Close enough to walk to virtually everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!
