Swallowtail at Sea Pines

Resort is located in Sea Pines, which is a gated community. It is tucked away so perfect for peace and quiet. The unit is right off the course, so great if you're a golfer. The unit is clean with many upgrades. The minus is the unit sleeps 8, but 4 privately; with potentially sharing one bathroom. The other 4 sleep on pullout sofas. One sofa is just outside the master bedroom in the loft area with a wall length picture window facing the golf course - might be a good place for children to sleep.

I’ve had our timeshare unit for 20 years and we love coming every year. Wouldn’t think of going elsewhere. Great access to anything in Sea Pines. Shaded areas to stroll and enjoy outside. Easy access to anything on Hilton Head. Beach is easily accessible via trolley or car or bike. Units have been updated annually. The only complaint that I have is that the downstairs bedroom has twin beds. 😂

The rooms were semi-clean. At check-in time we got to our unit and there were 2 big bags outside the door of dirty linens that had to be stepped over in order to get in the doors. It was an hour after check-in that the bags finally disappeared. The pots and pans that were in the cabinets still had food on them when we went to use them. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom does not work. Some of the light switches don't seem to go to anything. There is no lock on the master bedroom doors. The sliding closet door was off track when we first checked in.

My home away from home. Spacious townhouse style units that are clean, bright, and well maintained. Full kitchen, washer and dryer in the units. Pool is small but rarely busy. 4 shared bbq's. Seapines location couldn't be better... 15 min walk to Harbour Town and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Directly across the street from Giuseppe's Pizza... the best on the island.

Centrally located, beautiful golf course views, in the heart of Sea Pines Resort. Just down the road from Harbour Town and the island's finest dining.
