SureStay Studio by Best Western Pensacola

Positive: I liked the fact that our room was like a studio apartment with a small kitchen and the king size bed was very comfortable! Negative: We stayed for a week and I asked one of the staff members to please clean the floors and bring up some clean towels about half way through our stay and they never did. The telephone in the room to call down to the front desk was broken.

Our stay was great, extra big room an very quiet. We did not have any breakfast an would definitely book again.

Overall, my experience was really good! Miles the night time front desk person was by far one of the best customer service people I've ever met. He was very sweet and kind and went out of his way to help me! The female that worked during the day & the evenings had a little bit of an attitude and was put out with any request. I would highly suggest that Miles be the daytime or evening front desk person because he would be a great face for the company! The exterior of the property looks great EXCEPT For the garbage that needs to be picked up on the grounds and all the garbage around the trash cans. But unfortunately the rooms need some work & a renovation. The furniture and walls were pretty beat up. And everything is very old in the rooms. One of the kitchen lights & room phone didn't work!

We have stayed here twice while we visited the T&W flea market. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Their breakfast is nice during the summer but cut way down during the winter. However, there is a Waffle House nearby. The beds are comfortable and the place is fairly quiet. We are looking forward to staying here on our next trip!

My sister and I booked our stay from 12/5/25 through 12/8/25. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but stayed 2. The location was quiet and there was plenty of parking. At first glance, we noticed that the room was tidy; however, the counters, night stand, kitchen knobs and other surfaces were sticky or dusty. On our first night we found a small, live roach on the nightstand. After being extremely tired from traveling all day, I quickly killed the roach and then went to bed. Saturday we were not in the room until about midnight. We didn’t see any bugs and went to sleep. The next day, 12/7, we found two live German roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. German roaches are notorious for being difficult to exterminate. We packed up all of our things, placed them in our car, and informed the front
