Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Downtown by IHG

Our Airbnb fell through at 2am after a long drive to Pensacola, and we were pretty stressed. We called the Holiday Inn Express, and Daniel was super kind and got us set up with rooms right away. Throughout our stay, the breakfast crew was just as great, so friendly and welcoming (wish we got their names). Breakfast selection is delicious, hot, and full of nice surprises (there’s a fun pancake machine). Room was clean, bed comfortable, hot shower. We’ll definitely stay at a Holiday Inn Express again after this experience!

Although my wife and I grew up not far from Pensacola, neither of us had ever spent much time in the city so on our second night of our trip to Key West we decided to stay here. Not only was the location great but our room was very comfortable with everything working properly. My wife had been wanting oysters and the lady at the desk recommended a place called Atlas which was nearby and her oysters were great. The frees breakfast the next morning far exceeded anything we had experienced in a long time in any hotel. There was a great selection and it was well attended. If we are in the city again, this will be our hotel of choice. Great staff.

This hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops in downtown Pensacola, which is why we chose it. The bed was so comfortable that neither of us wanted to leave! Loved the cookies and popcorn in the afternoons. Breakfast looked like a nice selection, although we did not take advantage of eating breakfast at the hotel. Would have appreciated higher quality bath towels and bathroom products. They were fine, but for the cost of the hotel, this is an area where the hotel could improve. Overall we would not hesitate to stay there again!

Great location, walkable to really all of downtown Pensacola. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only issue I had was the maintenance in the room above me. They were hammering on the floor, assume laying carpet/padding as they went around the whole outer edge of the room. This was pretty early in the morning.

First, we have stayed here several times and will continue because they have a great staff, they are always pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect for downtown events. We stay here when we are going to the symphony. We can walk anywhere downtown. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast today was delicious. Stay here and enjoy a lovely stay.
