Spanish Key Beach Resort

Always a wonderful time!!! Would love here 24/7 if I could. Beach access is amazing. Access to area attractions, shopping, groceries, gas, liquor. Love, love, love Spanish Key !!💕💕

We had 6 condos with lot of folkes. Condos were fine but complex rules, watch out. They will throw away anything left by pool over night, which was not posted, and no open containers; water, coke, beer; are allowed 3 ft from pool, also not posted. Very strange. Enjoy your stay but don't have fun is there motto.

Spanish Key was absolutely gorgeous on the outside but especially the rooms on the inside! I felt like royalty staying there..and the view...wow! Beautiful huge 3 bedroom with a large balcony with amazing ocean views! I wanted to stay forever! Nothing negative about this place! Pricey but WORTH IT! We really enjoyed our stay! Only complaint..didn't stay long enough...Lol

Location is great. But, the outdoor pool is not heated in April. The indoor pool has way too many harsh chemicals. Everybody’s eyes were irritated and burning within minutes of using the pool. Unfortunately neither pool is handicap accessible. We were very disappointed. The hot tub temp was 116 degrees when we were there.

We stayed as a guest of someone that rented. None of the amenities were in working order. No staff was at the condos. My spouse has an ESA and we had complaints about having the dog with us even though we sent in all documents and had it cleared months before our arrival. We had ants in our condo when we arrived. We also saw rats down by the pool on 3 separate days. To top it all off, we also had to evacuate the building at 2AM because someone pulled the fire alarm. No security was there at all. I’ve stayed at different condos for the last 20 years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely do not stay at this resort. We expected a peaceful vacation and it was the worst experience ever.
