I had an extended stay at this hotel for about 4 months and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Over time, what really stood out was the consistency of the service and the welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. Everyone at the front desk was always friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile. After a while, it felt less like checking in at a hotel and more like coming home to familiar faces who truly cared about making my stay comfortable. Whenever I needed anything, whether it was something simple or a request that came at an odd hour, the team was always happy to help without hesitation. My room was maintained to a high standard throughout my time there. Housekeeping was dependable and thorough, which made settling into a longer stay easy and stress-

Very comfortable bed! Had great sleep!||Friendly and helpful front desk agent at checkin. ||Breakfast was ok, there were some good selections, but I found the meat and the potato choices to be very dried out. This might just have been the experience today and it may be different on other days. ||Water pressure in the shower is very weak, and the bathroom could use some fresh caulk. Not the end of the world, though. ||Overall this was a good stay, with competent staff and a comfortable bed.

This hotel was just about perfect. The staff were super helpful and kind. Our room was large and didn't feel like your typical cramped hotel stay. Mini kitchen with fridge which we would have utilized if we stayed any longer. 2 areas of feedback: 1. Our shower was a bit dirty with easily removable grime. The rest of the hotel was clean, so this seemed like a one-off occurrence. 2. I have celiac disease, so gluten free options at the continental breakfast would have been nice. If we ever end up back in Pensacola we do plan to stay here again.

My wife had a very difficult time sleeping in the bed in Room 428. She spent most of her nights on the sofa. Room had a strange smell. I don't know if Carpets were needing cleaned. Traffic from interstate was loud. Blinds in Room need repaired. Wet floor in bathroom that had not been used. We like the Hotel very much. It was a poor stay this time.
