SureStay Plus by Best Western Sevierville

This hotel is in a good area, there’s a Kroger right beside it. The rooms are small but it was clean. There was a fridge and microwave in my king room. Breakfast was not so good. The waffles were ok, the sausage and eggs didn’t look done and only the nasty flavors of yogurt was left. And there were no bagels. The staff were all very nice. The property was nice and clean. The only problem I had while there was the drunk adults acting a fool in the hallway at 11:30. And I did not like that I couldn’t turn the fan or air on. I sleep better in a chilly room and it would not let me lower the temp. Other than those 2 things I would stay there again. And I do not blame the hotel for the drunk guests. I have paid a lot more for a lot worse places.

First of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room seemed to be remodeled in recent years.||Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, improvement was needed on the housekeeping. Our sink faucet hadn't an aerator. It caused the running water splashed. The shower curtain rod was not securely attached. No plastic cups in our room. Hair dryer was broken. (We borrowed one from the front desk.) No coin laundry and hot tub as their advertisement said.||Breakfast had no fruit, bagel, muffin. Other than those, it did have sausages, scrambled egg, yogurts, waffles, cereals, etc. were included in the breakfast. Coffee was good.

Positive: "" Negative: The walls and doors were thin, you could here everybody as you passed the doors in the hallway.

Overnight staff had "Gen Z stare" - didn't even look up while talking to us, or engage. No greetings or smile. Our room had no carpet, and mismatched florecent (more common in southern Asian cultures...) bulbs. Threadbare blankets; had to double them over for warmth. Shower was great, and the soaps / shampoos available were very nice. Room was clean. Great waffles and eggs and coffee for breakfast in the lobby. Sausages could be improved. Not busy. We never saw any other guest at any point.

Our room was dirty , the protector had blood stains on it. There was a lunchbox with someone’s pills in the room. We had to clean the surfaces because they were all sticky and gross. The floor looked like someone had been sick. The bedsheets had black smudges all over them. It was all around disappointing and we had to change our own sheets. There was no offer of another room , just to clean it ourselves. The lady up front was very kind though , and I appreciate her.
