SureStay Plus by Best Western Point Richmond

SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Point Richmond is a fantastic place to stay. I stayed from Monday, January 19, 2026, to Tuesday, January 20, 2026. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

I work on the road and stay in many different hotels across the country and I know I will receive the best stay when I get a job on this side of the country. |Heilyn explained the stay and offered many great recommendations for food and entertainment. She’s the friendliest and always makes us feel welcome and warm.|Jeannine is the manager and her demeanor is wonderful and brings the perfect cohesion amongst the staff. You literally feel like you’re staying with family. Treat them well and with respect, they most definitely deserve it.

Very good experience. The property was very clean and neat. Looking forward for future’s day. The bedsheet was spotless. The water was really warm for a good shower.

This place is beyond scary! The outside windows have no screens and you can open them, fully. The wi fi and TV was out during half of my stay. No explanation or rate adjustment given The free breakfast, well let's just say free gets you nothing, not even orange juice. Then the nastiest employees, from the front desk staff to housekeeping. If you need something after 5 PM, too bad so sad, they will not provide it for you even if it was missing or exhausted in your room. The reply given that the front desk person said I could pick up soap and other missing items for the room after 5 pm is a lie. Imagine a supposed "hotel" not having any soap...wouldn't that be a health code violation anywhere in this country? Pay a little more and get a place you and your friends/family can feel saf

The services was excellent The staff is so friendly, attentive and professional. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast it's many fresh options the waffles makers was perfect. The room stayed cleaned and properly stocked with towels,soaps,pillows and more we truly enjoyed our stay
