Today 18 JAN 2025 NOT Resolve , NO FIX IT , At first, it would seem to be a good low-cost stay... Relatively new rooms, friendly service... however I left a day early due to my return flight being advanced... I went to Mr. Patel ( Manager) requesting the checkout and the refund of the US$50.00 that was paid on my international platinum card, he said that everything was fine, that the refund would be on my card in two weeks... but it didn't happen. .. SRo. Patel resolve this awkward situation Fix This. Immediately... The amount on my card had not yet been withdrawn according to your word... Fix that Mr. Patel.. bad impression...

Great customer service. I've known the place for many years. They are very attentive and are pleased to assist at any moment. The woman who cleans the room does a terrific job and always leaves the room spotless and up to standards. The new remodeling of the room is also a plus to all rooms. This is definitely a great place at an affordable price; for your overnight stay leaves.

My family of 6 (with 4 young children) found the room clean, comfortable, and adequately sized. We booked the double-queen room. Location was great and had convenient freeway access in 2 directions. Walking distance to great restaurants/cafes. Other clientele were friendly, if a bit rough. Looked like a lot of traveling tradesman were staying there. Felt safe. Enjoyed our stay.

I was there on Saturday the 28th, I left on Sunday the 29th, they charged me 50 deposit before I left, I told them to please see the room, everything is fine so they could give me the full deposit back! He told me, no problem, everything is fine! Now they are only giving me $47.50 for the deposit because they say I stole some towels?? they are stealing from the client

I chose this place because it had the best reviews with a reasonable price, close to Rosie the Riviter WW II National Memorial. It is basic accommodations. The neighborhood is iffy. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. I had a very nice room. Looked remodeled. No elevators. No breakfast. Coffee is in the room. I had a tv, frig, microwave, and a queen size bed. Very comfortable. I could hear the street noise. I slept fine.
