SureStay Plus by Best Western Durham Medical Center

As a Entrepreneur, Owner, Corporate Management in hotel hospitality although the building is to there standards it’s as if u r remodeling a house inside but not so much the outside a man of my stature and credentials can stay anywhere but yet I believe in giving most hotels the benefit of doubt. Everyone can t afford a 200$ night room so I choose to stay at 3 starts every now and again to give them as well a fair shake 🫨 of the stick. Front desk emasculate I was taken care of after getting here just a tad bit earlier didn’t wait long lobby to the room everything was fine/ a ok 👌

very friendly! made me feel welcome. affordable rates compared to most other hotels in the area. a nice place to get off the cold streets for a night edit to add i left a stuffed animal in the room that was very important to me. as a homeless person comfort items are all we have sometimes. they went and got it and brought it down to the front desk for me after checkout. excellent service. and thank you all again for everything.

No hot water. Room was too dark grey and not very clean. Felt like a jail cell. Floor was dirty and should be mopped. There was a cigarette butt in the bed sheets. The bathroom was just poor. Tub had cigarette burns and had been sloppily caulked everywhere. Breakfast was meager. I could say more but no point. Won't be back.

I stay here before. With the bad weather had to stay two nights because couldn't drive hone due weather Iin Mebane. Hotel staff nice. Price kind of high price for the room. Tonight there was two people fighting in the parking lot that was staying for sometime. They should give better discounts. Room was decent, lack other things most hotels due. It suppose to be apart of Best Western chain. Think private own. Room clean.

I must say I was very judgemental when I first arrived. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to stay here longer than anticipated. The staff treated me and my son as if we were new arrivals everyday. Sam at the front desk is amazing. Sam was soo accommodating,understanding, as well as very professional. I would like to recommend Surestay Plus to any and all whom are genuinely looking for a non judgmental,reasonably priced and caring Hotel to stay.
