I should have done this review months’ ago!! My husband and I transplanted to Durham in August 2025 for Medical treatments at Duke hospital. From the minute we met Mimi and T at check in we felt like we were at home. We were there for almost 5 months and every single day was an exceptional experience. The amenities, the breakfasts, the afternoon cookies, the commitment from the staff, the cleanliness and every other detail was perfection. I have extra special compliments to Bri, Priscilla, Terri, Mimi, T, the exceptional breakfast team and the housekeeping teams on the 6th floor, they were all outstanding. And all the facilities staff they were always so helpful. Because of every single member of their team led by exceptional leadership, our difficult time away from home, was wonderful.

Incredible experience all-around. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, as was our room. We were traveling and had a luggage carrier on the roof of our car and felt safe leaving it on the roof overnight. There were no issues with it. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Loved that their snack offerings in the lobby included beer & wine. Continental breakfast was yummy and had a wide variety. Our goal was to find a clean, safe hotel while traveling with our one-year old, and that's exactly what we found here. Great hotel experience, definitely recommend staying here.

Positive: I like every thing+ the out door fire pit till 11pm. able to have coffee in the lobby after 9pm great!/ all day hot coco,coffee and water with lemon favor. love the pool and workout room. breakfast from 6am to about 9:45am Oh lets not forget game night. Negative: ""

I would like to thank the entire staff for their warmth, professionalism and wonderful demeanor. I would like to personally acknowledge Miss Briana, Miss Priscilla, Miss Terry, Miss Patty and my newest BFF Miss Amelia! You all made our stay the absolute best! From comfortably changing rooms multiple times (because we wanted to enjoy the different views) to fresh baked warm cookies in the afternoon. From catering to all our needs/wants to genuine conversation that felt as familiar as talking with family. The entire stay (over 2 weeks) has created a memory that will last a lifetime. If this Hilton isn’t the premier Hilton in the chain of hotels, then Hilton is doing itself a disservice. The service here? Unparalleled by any other hotel chain, the breakfast situation? You get Gluten Free bread, multiple breakfast options, and the buffet is clean and well kept. If you’re somebody like me, I love a good gym at an hotel, and this gym?Amazing and high quality, which is a common theme here with the housekeeping both in the lobby and during room service being beyond words. I’ve never felt so accommodated and assisted by any hotel before this.
