SureStay by Best Western Oklahoma City West

I made this reservation online and arrived at the property within approximately five minutes of booking. This was not an advance reservation — I booked and checked in immediately. Upon entering the room, I was shocked by the extremely strong and persistent cigarette smoke odor, despite specifically requesting a non-smoking room. The smell was overwhelming and made the room uninhabitable for me. I was inside for only a couple of minutes before deciding I could not stay. Additionally, after stepping outside briefly, I observed suspicious activity around the property that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. For health and safety reasons, I immediately informed the front desk that I would not be staying and left the property. I ended up sleeping in my car instead. The front desk informed

Beware of overcharged, must check the reciepts and CREDITCARDS transactions before you leave the hotel. $40 deposit. In the bathroom had only two small bath towels. Non Smoking room smelled like weed. The front door was hard to unlock with the key card. The room was not cleaned on the 2nd day.

Positive: The price Negative: Breakfast was a little weak and there were a lot of sirens. Sirens may have been because of weather and accidents on roads though.?. Best value for price I paid

The hotel was nice and affordable. It was clean and close to everthing we wanted to do. We dont care about breakfast. And no time to watch TV. But the beds were comfortable and the shower had pressure and the room was clean.

The king size room is a nice size. It's clean. Has a comfortable bed. Very good price. Traffic is constant but not loud. Very close to restaurants and the og&e coliseum.
