Positive: Absolutely nothing. It?s a motel not a hotel. Negative: Old, mismatched furniture, smelled musty and old, room temperature was hot. AC unit did not cool.

if you miss your check in, they automatically charge you for your full stay and cancel EVERYTHING. make it make sense, you can keep my money but i can’t stay the other 4 days i paid for??? DO NOT STAY HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALLLLLLL. manager was called and she didn’t give care at all they said all we can do is REBOOK with $0 dollars back at all. why would i give you my money x2 🤣💀

Bad cost, worse check in. The room I wanted wasn’t ready and I was charged more to switch rooms.

When the manager isn't willing to work with you no matter what inconveniences you've had to endure without having any control over your situation whatsoever, cancels your reservation, but STILL takes your money in full for your entire stay while denying you access to even a SINGLE day, you know the hotel is bad. Hoping this place gets a new manager soon, cause my experience can't happen again.

Its a horrible stay! Sheets are dingy just like the pillows. Floors are dirty! Its just a very old hotels by Best Western that I would call it motel instead!!
