Adrian is an incredible and friendly host! We dropped in with little notice and he was happy to accommodate us with great arrangements for our short stay! Appreciated the convenient location and the cows next door were a plus!
If you like “fancy”, this place is not for you. This is a small no frills rv park filled with friendly folks and a very friendly accommodating manager, Adrian. It is a community! It is the least expensive park in the area. We plan to be back next winter.
Nice little neat park.the people were very friendly
Super nice park with plenty of shade and reasonable prices. Manager Adrian is a very busy man making sure the tenants are safe, respected, happy and have what they need. We lived here for a year, we had no problems. The only reason we moved is to be closer to church and family. I would highly recommend this park, they make you feel like family.
This was our first time our for the winter. Everyone was so welcoming. Very nice group of people. We will be back. From the Iowa folks
