Twin Lakes RV Park

We now have air-conditioning in the rec-hall, pool and game room and kitchen. They've also installed new white doors leading from the kitchen to the rec-hall, as well as the bathrooms. The entryway is painted white brightening everything up. Thanks to the workers, manager and owners! It looks fantastic. Laura Tores has built a camaraderie with the residents while keeping the maintenance done, and Twin Lakes clean and inviting.

Cons: Note* These are all external observations and website investigation when I was looking for a place for my winter texan parents to come down and visit for a while|| It floods when there is heavy rain (Facebook) . There are no visible fire hydrants and some units that are rentals ( small and a few stink )or dependent trailers do not have paved driveways for vehicles to park. Moreover, some of the units look way older than the 10 year limit according to the cities building code and in need of repair. Most of the rental units don't have independent electric or water meters ( as per rental application online). Love the lot sizes here. Gated. Trees and grass. All are serviced and beautiful. Pickle Ball. Exercise room.Fun and friendly place. Come on and meet us for a nice walk. Otherwise, just enjoy a chillax.

I'm looking for a place to spend my summers. This is a cute and quiet gated park, located in a great location. The price per lot is the best i have seen in the area.. The park manger Ms Torres was very friendly, helpful, and informative. I am looking forward to next summer. I highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for a place to park your rig and call home.
