Bentsen Palm Village RV Resort

The best resort in the RGV! The staff and workcampers are always helpful and happy. The grounds are safe, well-maintained, and the layout provides lots of green space between RVs. The wood shop is excellent! The wifi wasn’t good, but they were working on it. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful, friendly RV resort for Adults ! Love the layout design spacious sites with the trees, great shade and flowering shrubbery. Alot of upgrades and improvements made since last year. Tiki bar at the pool, two pickleball courts, ping pong, horse shoes, two pool tables, nice laundry rooms and many scheduled activities by a very cohesive activity team. Lots of fun, biking trails, Birding Center, state park, and butterfly center just within walking distance. There are nice Casitas and cabins to rent as well. They have very well maintained park grounds and the wood shop has everything kind of tool needed for your projects. Yes, the clubhouse is not Air Conditioned but they have put up more fans and have two cooler units. (Heard there maybe plans to build a new one next year)

I have been staying long-term at this Casita rental, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very beginning, the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is comfortable and well taken care of. They are always welcoming, attentive, and quick to help with anything that comes up, which has made me feel right at home. The Casita itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything needed for both short and long stays. The grounds and shared areas are kept in excellent condition, and there’s a real sense of community here. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into running this place, and it truly shows. I’m so grateful to have found this rental—it’s been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortabl

We had a fantastic stay! We were looking for a clean and safe RV park close to the state park and found just what we were looking for and more. Highly recommend. The staff were kind, everything was top notch. We're birders and borrowed bikes to bird in the park next door. Evenings were spent relaxing as we watched the cattle on the ranch behind our van. Thanks for a great stay and hope to return next winter.

Nice RV resort, camp host were amazing, ground ok, a little dated. State park next door for cycling, birding and butterfly watching just outside the resort.
