Super Inn Motel

I was not told my room was a smoke free room so I smoked two cigarettes in my room before I figured out it was smoke free. Stayed there 3 nights and the room was cleaner then it was when I got there and come time to get my deposit back the cleaning lady said there was ashes on the floor so I didn't get my 40 dollar deposit. Freaking racket! I'm homeless and they literally swindled me out of my 40 bucks!!! Shame on Nicole.

So customer service is a joke the lady stood out front and finished her cigarette while we stood at the front desk for about 5 minutes. Not a big deal. We get our room and we go in and the bed was not made so we didnt bother looking around. We get a new room no problem well this room the bed had a ash just sitting on the blanket I wiped my hand across the blanket and it smeared. One of the pillow sheets was disgustingly stained. There was a single rag with not just stains on it but like it never got washed at all. The headboard had dust caked on it. There was a single roll of toilet paper that was only a half roll. The fridge was filthy never got wiped down at all. We go to tell the front she obviously has a attitude this time and goes checks the room out comes back and she doesnt find any

I am staying here and it's okay, but there is no cable TV and they haven't checked to see if I needed anything. I need my room swept and I have no microwave in my room. And I told them when I checked in that I needed a microwave. I don't know if I want to stay here further than Monday the 24th. Everything else is fine. Except the sink backs up and it's not me putting water in it. When I checked in the bathroom was filthy. I lived and worked at a motel in Arkansas. I know how to clean rooms. This is ridiculous.

Stayed there for maybe 15 minutes then decided to find other accommodation, there’s nothing online about having to put down a 40 dollar deposit but they force you to do it upon arrival. I was staying for only one night but the sheets had been singed(non smoking hotel), the mattress look to have several different color stains of different sizes, the toilet paper looked to have been soaked in some sort of yellow liquid and worst of all they keep deflecting me from the general manager about correcting the situation. I keep calling back to try and reach “Nicole” but no one is able to reach said person and will just pass along my message. It now has been almost a full week with radio silence, very disappointed. Would not stay here not recommend.

I stayed here for a few weeks now and they started changing things for the better they kicked out a bunch of the freeloaders and people that wouldn't pay their rent in the lady at the desk is amazing it's not the Hilton but it's a step in the right direction and you can't beat the price
