Super 8 by Wyndham Yucca Val/Joshua Tree Nat Pk Area

Affordable stay, pretty close to the Joshua Tree National Park entrance. The room was a pretty good price and there was availability for a walk-in. The rooms are fairly decent. Clean bedding, though the bathrooms are very outdated. The continental breakfast is nothing to write home about. Very simple, don't count on it for your actual breakfast but rather to get something to drink and to have some cereal or oatmeal.

Positive: Location Negative: This hotel was clean enough but the hotel seemed like it needed a major overhaul. The hotel seemed like it was built for very small people, the stair banisters were very low, the counter in the bathroom and toilet very low to the ground.

Amazing customer service and our room was very clean. The customer service we received upon check in was exceptional. Breakfast was included some pastries, bread, fruit, oatmeal and coffee and juice simple but greatly appreciated. We only stayed for 1 night we happened to be in town for the soccer tournament and the hotel is 5 minutes away from the park.

We had a very enjoyable stay Super 8, clean and the staff were very friendly.|The day before we left, our hire car had a flat battery. The General Manager (Sanjay Patel) was fantastic and helped up so much. He drove us to the Hire Car Site as the car was towed, waited with us and explained to the staff at the hire car site, what the problem was. In our opinion he went above and beyond to help us. He was so helpful, that sort of service these days is so lacking. So thumbs up to you Sanjay.|Regards Lisa & Peter van Roon

I love how people complain about the breakfast being limited or the rooms being "dated". It's advertised as a 2 star hotel and I only paid 38 dollars for my room. I should just leave my apartment in Fontana and move in here so I can save a couple hundred bucks a month. Honestly when I paid 38 bucks I would have been happy with a empty room and yoga mat on the floor to sleep on. The breakfast is a Continental breakfast so look that up before you book the room so there will be no surprises.
