Desert View Motel

There are a lot of fake reviews on this page and I tried to get service with these people and they told me to go there to find out more no Hotel does that and to me whenever I looked at the reviews I seen one bad review and then I seen a lot of good ones so that tells me that there's a lot of fake reviews on this page so don't believe what you see go check it out yourself thoroughly because I actually did and it is actually true what that long bad review said about that place

Honestly wasn’t even going to write a review until my privacy was invaded multiple times by the owner. As a single mom of two and only coming in with my children and another female I just feel like it was really unprofessional and rude to open up my room door without even knocking. Secondly my daughter was changing in the restroom and was spooked out when she seen someone’s hand by the window. I go to tell the owner and he puts a flexible stick in the window as if it was going to work at this point because the window didn’t even lock properly. I was devastated and felt violated of my privacy and safety here. Coming the next morning I’m gathering our stuff and he looks in my trunk and tells me to take my own stuff out accusing me of stealing his bed bug infested sheets that were not even c

This is a great motel ! The room was nice and clean with a refrigerater ,microwave, and coffee . The man working up front was nice. He let It be known there is no smoking. He told me multiple times that it a no smoking place and I respect that. Looks like past reviews from people they were actually smoking probably . So far in my stay at the desert view motel I gotta say everything is good. And I do look around for bugs and stuff like that at any motel i been in . I did not see 1 bug or anything being dirty . Really a good place . Nice lil patio and just gotta say I was impressed and wish I would have came here in the past . Yea it's alittle dated but seems they keep it nice . It's a perfect location close to everything even if you are walking . Gotta say I like it here . Good job staff of

This place won't allow family visits, they were literally at our door trying to kick out our family and all because the dogs were in the vehicle they wanted our family gone. They didn't provide a receipt when we first purchased the room. Me and my girl wanted to leave because that they were kicking our family. While we were trying to leave they didn't even point to where it says no refund policy and technically stole our $95. It was very unwelcome and they were rude very rude. This business should be take down immediately. They've con us of our money and because they hold your receipt which is highly illegal they robbed us of our money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL THEY ARE CONS!!!

I've stayed here many times while working in the area and passing through. The rooms have pretty much always been acceptably clean, the beds are comfortable, and the microwave, refrigerator, and shower are functional. Everything you need from a cheap motel. These aren't luxury accommodations, so don't expect that. The furniture is shabby and mismatched. If you're concerned about such things, stay elsewhere. If you want a nice little cheap room near the main highway and convenient to lots of good places, this place fits the bill. Cons are that it's kind of noisy, and the check-in process is very old-school. So you stand there for a long time while the very nice gentleman fills out all of your information by hand on multiple forms. That being said, I do appreciate the attention to security
