Super 8 by Wyndham Summersville

Hotel is perfectly located, right off highway. Extensive renovations recently completed. Very clean, all new furniture, no carpet, new bathroom and fixtures. Great coffee too

It’s my first time staying in Summersville, West Virginia, at the Super 8 hotel. It’s a small place, but super convenient — close to a shopping center with plenty of stores around. They also offer complimentary coffee, hot water, apple juice, orange juice, corn water, waffles, and cereal. Such a cozy stay — I love it here! Highly recommend. ✅

Positive: Area and cleanliness Negative: Could hear everything. Loud neighbors, loud people above us, car alarm going off early of morning, sound and noises all night long

This was the noisiest room I've ever stayed in. We were assigned room 101(the handicap accessible room even though we're not handicapped). It was located in the front of the building next to the highway, beside the parking lot, next to the inside stairway with people stomping up and down all night, near the breakfast prep area, near the front desk with all the chatter that goes with that, and the front door chime bell that sounds every time the door opens. Almost no peace and quiet the entire night. In the morning at check out I asked for a partial refund to compensate for the negative, inconvenient experience. The lady said she would check on that and call me, but I never heard a peep about it.

Last weekend, we visited West Virginia and stayed at this cozy little hotel. It may be small, but it’s very convenient and comfortable. The service was lovely, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!
