Quality Inn Summersville - New River Area

Stayed on a random Saturday night traveling thru, walked in with availability. Room was clean, beds were comfy and clean, heat was good, breakfast was great. The lady managing the breakfast was very friendy. Would recommend. Great value for the price especially with the hot breakfast. Eggs, sausage link, biscuits and gravy, pastries, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffle maker. Would stay here again.

I stayed the night of October 13,2025. I found Paul as a very cordial and pleasant manager. I noticed the cleaning staff busy cleaning, but made time to help me. Pros: A clean, friendly, and safe hotel; it is in a aconvenient location and also Walmart and Food Lion are very near. The breakfast was very well prepared and stocked and included eggs,sausage,gravy,biscuits, waffles, pasteries, and cereal; Cons: The heated outside pool advertized was found closed for the year: the internet wifi was not working and was told it had not been working for several days. Management should make a more determined effort to correct this. The shower temperature water control would not permit a hot shower but only à very warm shower. Conclusion : I would stay here again . Room was so outdated and smelly. Drove my dog crazy all night. When checking in I knew my dog was $15 extra but got charged $20. There are cleaner and better places to stay…. Recommend you stay at one of them

Our room was last room near rear exit door so much smoke. Terrible. I didn't feel safe at all. The exit door did not lock. Anyone could enter the building. I took a picture of the door to our room. I honestly say there was at least an inch gap. I stuffed the space with kleenex and put towel on the ground to tune out the noise and smoke coming in our room. Worst hotel I have ever been to

I stay at this hotel quite often and for the longest time it was great. Recently my trips have been the opposite. The front desk workers are sometimes very rude and if you say anything to them, they get worse. Tonight I came in from work to find that they took all of the towels out of the room to put in the hallway from another flooded room (it appears) and didn’t have the decency to put any back. After going to the front desk, I was called rude and told she was calling the GM on me to let them know I was complaining, mocking me for being upset I came in at midnight wanting a shower with no towels. My makeup bag was also dumped out on the counter. I won’t be staying here again. The place is great until you have an issue, something isn’t right, or you ask for anything. The same lady argued
