Summers Inn

This motel is really cute! The lady at the front desk was so nice and kind to us. The room was quite bigger than expected, the beds were made well and were very comfortable, the room overall was very clean, including the bathroom; the AC worked! When we first got to the room, the room was iced cold. I had a good night's rest. I would definitely stay here again. It's quite a bargain and you're not surrounded by other motels or businesses so there's not much noise. However, the motel is a few minutes away from a rest stop/gas station and a few places to eat.

We stayed one night while travelling. The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was clean & the bed comfy. There was a new mini fridge with a freezer compartment, a working microwave and cable TV. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water. The only thing missing was a blow dryer, so if you stay here, bring one. I would stay here anytime!!

Wonderful staff! They make you feel like family. I have been staying here all summer for a travel nursing assignment and I truly feel like it's a home away from home. Rooms clean and neat. Microwave and fridge available. I would definitely recommend this place!

My wife and I stayed here for the night. This is an older motel, this is not the Ritz and you shouldn't expect that for the price. But our room was very clean, but furnishings were dated. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. It was only $45 for the night tax included. So you take it from there. I would stay there again.

We had a very nice, quiet and comfortable stay. This hotel is a great value. The rooms were neat and clean; the staff was extremely helpful and polite. It was raining when we checked in and the woman even offered to let us borrow her umbrella. They don't offer breakfast, but we knew that when we booked, so we just went up the road to one of the many restaurants there, so that wasn't an issue for us (most hotels' idea of breakfast is just a bowl of cereal anyway). It was the perfect place to be able to stay while traveling to the New River Gorge and surrounding sites. We will definitely stay there again next year when we come back to the area.
