Super 8 by Wyndham Spokane/West

The hotel could use a bit of a visual refresh, but the staff truly shines. Everyone was friendly and helpful. While the decor might be dated, the service more than makes up for it. Fast checkout was a nice touch, and I even received a thank-you SMS afterward a thoughtful gesture. I’ll definitely be booking here again whenever I’m in the area. Recommended!

I had booked this hotel on Priceline because it was listed as pet friendly. When I went to check in, they wouldn't allow me to because I had cats. I had to find a different hotel on the fly. I booked another hotel listed as pet friendly, and it happened to be right next to it. I checked in to that hotel, with no problems. They didn't ask me about pets and everything was fine until the next morning when I was told that I broke the rules and that I wasn't welcome at any of their affiliate properties. They accused me of sneaking in my cats. It is very poor customer service to assume that your guests are against you. Good Customer service looks like booking a hotel that exepts cats for your guests, if you won't allow them. Not assuming that they are trying to do something wrong. Terrible exper

Our room was physically satisfactory but the plumbing from next door or above, was very noisy and unpleasant. Fortunately, it was quiet during the night. Parking was adequate, morning staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was nothing more than adequate.

Positive: Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable Negative: The hot tub was like warm and there was quite a lot of hair floating in it. It seemed like the filter wasn't working properly or at all. The shower in our bathroom screeched when using, ear piercing screeching.

Oh what a disappointing experience! I should have left when I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. So I finally got checked in, asked about the hot tub as I was sore from driving 800+ miles, the front desk said yes it’s working and it’s open till midnight. Went up to the room, got ready for the hot tub and went downstairs, on my way down there was a half naked guy roaming the halls… ok a little odd, I get in the pool room and it’s dirty, no clean towels and could see mold around the bottom of the walls, I turn on the control for the hot tub and it doesn’t turn on, the water is only luke warm, as I’m sitting there wishing I went to a real hotel like the Best Western down the road I’m looking about and i see what I think is black mold forming on some of the walls.
