Super 8 by Wyndham Spokane Valley

HONEST REVIEW- Room is nice and roomy but smells old, in fact the whole building is old, everything is outdated. I kid you not the fridge was the SMALLEST fridge I have ever seen! Both beds BROKEN! Very old springs that have snapped off so you sink into the bed which is nice but also not at the same time. The pillows are square and tiny. Bathroom is small and cold, but, the shower pressure is heavenly, no bathtub and the only thing stopping water from spraying out is the curtain so be careful. Breakfast is cold and not that tasty. Yes there is a pool but it’s actually in the building next door?!?!? Very noisy room with lots of sounds and the windows are small. So overall I would never return, unless I just want to shower haha:) but yeah. -1 review :(

The place is dark, confined, and dingy. There is a smell in the air that is like old cigarettes, or something that I just cannot place. Other rooms are easily heard, they weren't loud, but the thumping around was obvious. I did not expect 5-stars, but I expected better than what I got.

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. The room was very clean and had no smell and I am super sensitive to chemicals and odors (this is a pet friendly hotel). We had a family suite and the bunks were attached to the wall and had plenty of pillows too. I wasn't expecting much from a Super 8 and was very pleasantly surprised. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Positive: Located near the Interstate. Negative: A non smoking hotel, but the carpet had numerous stains and cigarette burns. The side chair had a burn hole and what appeared to be a urine stain.

Wanted to stay here on my birthday today and everything seemed fine. At 11pm i saw a bug crawling next to me on the bed and no surprise, its bed bugs. Went to the front desk and informed them and they offered to switch my room, i said i was leaving and wanted a refund which they agreed to. I would not stay here. The bug is on the white part of the blanket.
