Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio/I-35 North

Kids loved the room. TV with the Disney Channel... lots of other channels. Microwave small refrigerator, Clean room and clean bathroom with tub /shower. Lots of towels. Coffee available 24 hrs. Ice machine. Beds were so comfortable. Staff was friendly and super helpful. My wife and I will be back again. Window had a great view of the car a few feet away. An amazing value.

Nice and relaxing. Check-in was quick at late night. Good location right off the interstate on my way back home. I would use this location on my travels on I-35.

Positive: It used to be a nice hotel Negative: They have come up with a new rule where you cannot have visitors and they will pick and choose who you can and cannot have in your room they have put themselves on the line by saying that they don't want that kind of people the homeless very prejudiced

First and foremost, the staff here is extremely polite . Always professional and attentive. They make you feel welcome and comfortable . Not only are the rooms very clean , but the upkeep of the entire ficelty is maintained on a daily basis . Clean hallways , front office , even the pool area and grounds outside . It is very apparent that the staff take a lot of pride in doing their jobs and in the upkeep of this establishment . Clean rooms , comfy beds , courteous staff . 10 out of 10 .

. Upon check-in, the room was not adequately cleaned. There was a significant amount of dust, and we had to wipe down multiple surfaces ourselves. There was also no toilet paper provided. The sheets were stained, and the pillows were visibly lumpy to the point of being unusable. We also noticed several bugs in the room. The toilet handle was broken and had to be held in place in order to flush, and the shower drain needed to be manually held open during use. The chair in the room had an unidentified stain that made it uncomfortable to sit on. When I requested an extra blanket, I was told there were none available. This raises concern regarding how linens are being changed daily if no additional sheets or blankets are on hand. The air conditioning did not function properly due to a dirty
