Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio Near Fort Sam Houston

This location is okay. However! They have roaches. The other thing is that I had my family here and the hot water is barely there. Microwave only has certain buttons that works. Some idiots every now and then decided to smoke in their room and make the damn alarm go off while my newborn was sleeping. These people barely speak English to where you can understand them. Servicing your room, they take their sweet time which I don't like. Location is decent, but it doesn't change how I feel. They don't have anything or accomodations for breakfast. It's upsetting. For a convenience location, this place isn't up to par..... At all!

Quiet area near gas stations|Close to food and shopping|Very close to the highway and the Army base.|I didn't have any problems

If I could put 0 stars I would. The room was disgusting. Stained sheets and a huge stain on the couch. And when I woke up I saw roaches one on the bed and one on the floor. I tried to ignore the stains because it was a long day but when I woke up to see the bugs I was so disgusted. I went to the office to ask for some sort of refund and he said since it was prepaid the best he COULD’VE DONE was give me a 10-20% discount but didn’t refund anything. I’ve never had issues with super 8 but I will never return to any. Terrible hotel and terrible customer service. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

My room was clean and I couldn't hear neighbors. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. There's not really, breakfast but youre surrounded by places to eat. I have every intention on booking here for my next stay as well!
