‼️‼️BED BUGS HERE!‼️‼️BED BUGS HERE!‼️‼️ Horrible experience. There was a nice lady in the afternoon and kinda chatty man when we checked in but that is the end of positives. I have at least 15 bed bug bites and it’s absolutely disgusting. Didn’t realize until I started to become itchy and saw all the welts, I took most of the pics on the plane. Also, I went to ask for another pillow and blanket and the night man said u have to do that in the morning bc the house keepers only had the key? Like what hotel doesn’t have access to that. I literally worked in hotels and have never heard of this. HORRIBLE! Literally spend $15 more. Not worth it.

Most establishments were fully booked or charging a fortune, however this one offered a room at a reasonable price. I was anticipating the bare minimum, but the WiFi was fast enough for me to do some remote work in the morning, and the room's fridge kept my leftovers fresh.

The room was humid and my clothing felt damp when I dressed the next morning. I know that is because of the a/c unit and I expect it, to a certain degree. This was my fault for getting a smaller, single queen room. It may not be as bad in a bigger room. ||Other guests were rude. I understand everyone wakes up in different moods, but singing loudly in the hallway at 4am is unnecessary. So is asking a female, solo traveler what room she is staying in. Thank you to Steve, the receptionist when I checked in, for keeping my room number private and not announcing it. I really appreciated that.

Staff needs to be trained to handle conflict. I won't go to deep into it , But the first night was horrible, guest on the same floor were rude, loud and annoying. Reported it to the front desk 3 times and nothing was ever done. Almost called the cops instead I was moved the next morning by the person working the morning shift she was sweet and apologetic. Even though I was moved and I was able to sleep well the rest of the weekend it still left a bad taste in my mouth. The overnight staff needs more training . I highly recommend you don't stay here unless you don't want to get no sleep

Positive: "" Negative: The entire hotel smelled like sewage. It hits you in the face the minute you walk in to the hotel at front desk. Employees pretended to not notice. Overall the hotel was dirty. Thankfully we could not smell it in the room or we would have left.
