Super 8 by Wyndham Ruther Glen Kings Dominion Area

I travel frequently and I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean and the price is always right. There's a young man that works there unfortunately I can't remember his name but he wears glasses and he's always there. What I like about him is he's always very accommodating and helpful and understands what the word hospitality really means. I recommend this place if you're looking for a clean affordable stop on your journey.

This hotel is a good older property that receives constant maintenance and cleaning . The idling engines from the truck stop that is located across the street, can be a little noisy, but the Super 8 is a good value and we'll maintained.

Positive: Nothing Negative: When we walked in the room and turned on the light roaches scattered on the bed down behind the pillows. They were everywhere. It was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone..unless u don't mind roaches

This visit to the Super 8 in Ruther Glen was good. The room on the second level was adequate - there were no issues that would cause concern. It was quiet during my stay. The staff is attentive and I appreciate the fact they actually asked me if I enjoyed my time there. Thank you Super 8 Ruther Glen!!

Walk in and say Hi. How are you? And you'd think you would get a response back. Very rude woman at counter. I paid for the room online and she asked for my card to verify which is normal. But when I get back to the room I see I'm charged again for the room. I go down there nicely and say excuse me but I paid online and you charged me again for the room. Her response, "You didn't pay online!" I show her my bank account to prove it. She says nothing and looks at her computer and then says, " your right " Nothing else. I'm standing there and I have to ask her if she refunded it and then I have to ask her how long before it will go back to my account. Sad and very bad customer service. Also suppose to have 24hr front desk service and they don't. Around 7pm I was having a problem connecting to
