Quality Inn & Suites Ruther Glen

My family booked this hotel with Expedia!!! Pictures post on the site is different from what their rooms looked like!! As u can see the room was nasty mold on the shower titles, bathtub looked like it hasn't been clean in while, peeling paint on the wall, holes in the floor, comfort had some stains on it, stains on the ceiling, tv wasn't working. If I could give this place a 0 STARS I would. My family will not be coming back to this Hotel.

Hallway wall was painted drab blue, flooring was grey poor quality LVP. Looked like a prison hall. When I entered ground floor room the large window was wide open where anyone could step in from outside and hide… in addition the large window had no lock whatsoever and when I mentioned to the Indian guy at the desk he wasn’t surprised at all. The next room he assigned me was also on the ground floor had a similar size window which was closed but again no locking latch. The decor in the room was oddly thrown together. The bed was acceptable and clean. The bathroom was unacceptable so much that I wouldn’t shower. Shoddy patch work or drywall, gobs of caulking around toilet etc. The door lock had a secondary swinging latch that was broken off. The experience was ugly and the word QUALITY shoul

Stopped here on a trip from Florida to CT. I had not read the reviews prior to booking or I may not have stayed here BUT here is my thoughts about this Quality Inn....As I entered the door I was greeted by a nice friendly helpful gentleman. He quickly processed my reservation. I asked for a local restaurant that delivers as I did not want to leave the hotel as it was icy out so he helped me order the food from his PC and when it arrived he was the one that brought it to me from the front desk (thats service). As far as the hotel itself it does need some painting and freshening up. The room was clean, bathroom clean, floors clean! The bed was very comfy with plenty of fluffy pillows. Was it quiet as an island oasis? no but it is a highway one night stop over so you will hear TV's guests com

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything, the room had another person init. The hotel was smelled of mold , I had to use my asthma inhaler while in the lobby. We did not stay there, we let got a another room at another hotel, . Nasty hotel room.

This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt. I had two rooms one room had roaches. One room the tub was as dirty the walls and ceiling were patched up. A hole in the floor. The tv didn’t work. The refrigerator was hot. The phone wasn’t hooked up.
