Professional job this man did getting me a room out of the freezing cold weather. I got a weekly and it was very affordable. His polite customer service was excellent and after driving 9 hours to get here I was shocked when I got the room. The room was spotless, very clearly clean and disinfective. The cleaning staff has done a wonderful job. This was a blessing to find a room in this condition. Definitely choose this place over Super 8, DAYS inn, and Quality inn. Those folks need to have a staff like Econo lodge and maybe those folks could handle there bug problems in their rooms. The room here at econo lodge has NO BUGS AND NO DIRT on the floor or tables. Thank you MR.PATEL,you have a remarkable staff managing your hotel.

Heater finally started working at about 3:00am. Literally slept fully clothed with winter coat on. Bathroom floor was caked with crud in the corners. Bed was on a metal box frame, and every time we turned over it banged.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the staff member working with them was also very disrespectful. They treated guests as if they were doing them a favor by renting rooms, rather than providing a paid service. I made a reservation through a third-party website and when I arrived, they told me there were no rooms available and that I needed to contact the third-party company. When I contacted the booking company, they confirmed that the room should have been available. I kept getting conflicting information and excuses. At one point, I was told I could rent a room for $25–$40 directly, but when I tried to use my online reservation, they refused to honor it. The whole situation felt dishonest and very poorly managed.
