Super 8 by Wyndham Radcliff Ft. Knox Area

Extremely friendly and compassionate employees. Very helpful in explaining information that may be misunderstood. Rooms are Extremely clean and well taken care of. If an issue arises (HAS NEVER OCCURRED), it is dealt with right then and there. Being pet friendly is a humongous benefit. Couldn't ask for a better hotel.

Positive: Staff went out of the way to help - very friendly. This is our second stay. Both times the rooms were very clean. Lobby and breakfast area was clean. Negative: Breakfast is a little weak.

Room was stinky like weed, funky food smell and old perfume, stains on the sheets and black particles all over the quilt, after further going over and looking at the bed I discovered bed bugs and had to leave at midnight, manager would not give me a room on the second floor after I requested it when I arrived and was very cocky and rude and television kept going out, Loud banging noises right next to house keeping room till almost midnight. I called to see about getting a refund and he was no help at all, so I had to contact support through Hopper. Manager was rude and ugly to me when I arrived and after I called and asked for a refund the following morning, still rude and very unprofessional or understanding at all! The super 8 in Radcliff ky I’ve stayed several times and we have loved it. The staff is always kind and helpful. The motel is always clean our room always smells so good. We will return. It is even better than the Hampton in Elizabethtown hands down

Very pleased with the service I received here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a great price and the rooms were very clean. There was a fridge and a microwave so I was able to bring my own food and save money. If I’m ever in the Louisville area again, I’ll definitely be back here.
