I had an excellent stay here and would absolutely come back. The hotel was clean and comfortable from the moment I walked in, and my room was spotless with a comfy bed, good water pressure, and everything I needed for a relaxing night. The location worked really well too - close to Fort Knox and surrounded by plenty of food options and shopping. What really stood out to me was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, from check-in to breakfast. You can tell they take pride in what they do and really care about their guests. Breakfast was also a nice perk, with a solid selection and a clean, well-kept area. Overall, this felt like a reliably good Hampton stay with an extra touch of warmth from the team. I'd happily recommend this hotel to anyon

We stayed one night while traveling and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The hotel looks newly renovated and everything was very clean. The staff was amazing. The receptionist asked several times (at check-in, when we returned from dinner, etc) if she could do anything to make our experience better. The overnight staff were very pleasant. My husband couldn’t sleep and went to the Libby in the middle of the night. She helped him get some hot decaf and chatted with him. The food on the breakfast bar was fresh, tasty, and plentiful.

We called on 3-1-26 about getting a room for one night and this lady named special was absolutely I think the best, nicest person we have ever talked to! She helped save us some money and was overall very helpful and kind I can not say enough about how lovely it was and on 3-2-26 when we got up there was another lady I hate we didn’t get her name but she was just so happy and nice and great attitude and made getting up so nicer!! Definitely recommend breakfast here. AMAZING BREAKFAST!

This is your typical Hampton Inn & Suites. If you like them, you'll like this one. The included breakfast buffet had all of the usual offerings. The beds are the usual softer side. The room was clean. The best part of the stay was the staff. The overnight desk-person was fantastically friendly and helpful.|The hotel is a little farther than it appears from Elizabethtown and the main gate at Ft. Knox, but it's not terrible.
