Holiday Inn Express Radcliff - Fort Knox by IHG

The first room had hair in the sink and shower. They gave me a different room that was cleaner, but smelled a little musty. The staff was very nice and accommodating about sending people to clean it again. The location is about 8-9 miles from Fort Knox and it's close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance.

i traveled quite often. my expectations are high. i do find this property meets the requirements for short or long term stay. All around, clean & clean. Bed is VERY soft which I dislike. the room AC/Heater could be less noisy and function better. it did not properly warm my room during my entire stay. the hot air was on the cool side. i had to keep it running all night at max temp. the breakfast foods were EXCELLENT. friendly staff and over clean property. i do recommend this property to any traveler with high expectations. it is costlier than most IHG.

The staff are nice, but this was probably one of the worst experiences I have had. DONT get any room down stairs especially near an exit door. From about 5/6 am onward people slam the exit doors over and over and the staff absolutely don’t care what’s so ever when you “make a complaint” so if you have Kids especially DONT stay by any exit doors or you will Get woken up every minutes !!!!

Located close to Ft. Knox Plenty of parking Room was exceptionally clean, even the carpet Desk staff we're friendly and efficient. Always willing to help. Breakfast was disappointing, pancake machine was down, milk in cartons were expired. But a free meal is better than no meal. Hallway smelled of wet carpets or old building. Possibly from recently being cleaned and not drying properly. Poor water pressure in shower Price on invoice was not the price agreed to when making the reservation online. Manager never contacted me about the discrepancy. Quiet location, safe, well lit. Food and gasoline within walking distance

My favorite HIE. I visit this area often for family. Always clean. Relatively quiet. Staff always friendly and polite. Helpful if needed.
